Marketing Campaign Manager

Job Overview

GridX understands the value marketing can contribute to a growing business. We are looking for a Campaign Manager to drive the development and execution of our brand awareness and demand generation efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Marketing VP to define our strategies and develop campaigns that build awareness and generate leads.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand our pipeline and think creatively about how we can move opportunities through the funnel.
  • Coordinate the development of and write content and collateral that is on message and gets the attention of busy people.
  • Continuously measure progress and results to determine ROI and optimize for performance and scale.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows/conferences; attendance will also be required at some events throughout the year.
  • Liaise with publishers and media companies to understand their paid offerings and select/execute the ones that will deliver the most impact.
  • Write email and ad copy that stands out.
  • Keep website (built on WordPress) updated with our latest content and quickly stand up landing pages in support of demand generation campaigns.
  • Lead our email marketing efforts, which is currently done through HubSpot.
  • Manage GridX social media channels (primary focus on LinkedIn) with regular, creative, and authentic content.
  • Work with the Finance team and Marketing VP to track spend and ensure we stay on budget.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the b-to-b space
  • You are an exceptional writer and copy editor
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • A desire to try new things…how people get info is constantly changing, we need to meet folks where they are
  • Strong knowledge of the energy industry and market trends a huge plus
